Will it sound like a robot?

Less than you'd expect, and you can hear it before you commit. You pick the voice during setup, and if it doesn't sound right for your business we change it.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing number. We set up call forwarding so calls only reach us when you don't pick up — or all the time, if that's what you want.

What if I want to answer the call myself?

Then you answer it. Forwarding only kicks in after a few rings, so picking up always wins.

What happens if it can't answer a question?

It takes the caller's details and flags it for you rather than guessing. It won't quote prices or promise arrival times unless you've specifically told it to.

What about emergencies?

Emergency situations — gas smell, flooding, no heat in winter — get captured fast and texted to you straight away, marked urgent. You decide what counts as an emergency for your business.

How long does setup take?

Usually about a week. We learn your services, your hours, and your rules, build the receptionist, then test it with you before any real calls reach it.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month to month. The only commitment is if you choose to pay yearly, which waives the setup fee.
