Five Pages

Home, services, about, gallery, contact.

Written For You

Copy comes from a conversation, not homework.

Hosting Included

It lives on Netlify. Nothing to set up or renew.

You Own It

Your site, your domain. Take it anywhere, any time.

Built in Grass Valley

Sorted out in person, not by support ticket.

What's included

  • Five pages

Home, services, about, gallery and contact — the pages a local business actually needs.

  • The words

I interview you about your business and write every page. You don't write anything.

  • Your photos, done right

You send real photos of your trucks, crew and finished work. Stock fills the gaps.

  • Works on phones

That's where most of your customers will see it.

  • Hosting

Included in the price. The site lives on Netlify.

  • Your own domain

You buy it in your name, on your card — I walk you through it. It's yours from day one.

  • Two rounds of revisions

Anything beyond that is quoted separately, so there are no surprises.

  • You own the site

Outright. You can take it elsewhere at any time.

How it works

1. We talk

A conversation about what you do, who calls you, and what you want the site to say.

2. You send photos

Trucks, crew, finished jobs. Phone photos are fine.

3. I build it

You see a draft, we do up to two rounds of changes.

4. It goes live

Typically 2–3 weeks after you've answered the questions and sent the photos.

Two sites I've built

aidrivenmarketing.net — this one. jobpricenow.com — a pricing app for trades. Both are mine: there's no client work to show yet, so you can judge the work directly.

Straightforward pricing

A fixed scope means a fixed price. You'll know the number before anything starts.

Not on the menu: online stores, booking or scheduling systems, and taking over or fixing someone else's site. If you need one of those, I'll say so on the call.

The site

$1,200 flat

Five pages, written and built for you, hosted, and yours to keep. Anything beyond five pages is quoted separately.

Get a Quote

$100 / month, optional

Maintenance: hosting, SSL, keeping the site online and up to date, plus up to three small content edits a month — hours, a service, a photo swap. It doesn't cover new pages, redesigns, unlimited changes or SEO. Skip it and the site stays up; you just don't get the edits.

I also build custom tools — JobPriceNow is one. If your business needs something a website can't do, mention it on the call. It isn't a listed service and there's no price sheet; it depends entirely on what you need.

Common questions

Do I have to write anything?
No. I interview you about your business and write every page from that. You review it and tell me what's wrong.
Who owns the site?
You do — outright. The domain is bought in your name on your card, and you can take the site to another host at any time.
Do I have to buy the domain myself?
Yes, and that's a good thing: it means it's yours, not mine. I walk you through it — it takes about ten minutes.
What photos do you need?
Real ones: your trucks, your crew, finished jobs, the shop. Phone photos are fine. Stock photos fill the gaps where you don't have something.
How long does it take?
Typically two to three weeks once you've answered the questions and sent photos. The clock starts when I have what I need, not when we first talk.
What if I don't want maintenance?
Then you don't pay for it. Hosting is included in the build price, so the site stays online. You just don't get the monthly edits — if you need a change later, it's quoted as a one-off.
Do you build online stores or booking systems?
No. Neither do I take over or fix sites someone else built. I'd rather tell you that up front than half-do it.
Why is web design priced here but the receptionist isn't?
Because a five-page site is a fixed scope, so it gets a fixed price. The receptionist depends on your call volume and how much setup your business needs, so that one starts with a demo and a conversation.
